This presentation will focus on the prevalence and correlates of suicide attempts in women with eating disorders. There will be a review of literature regarding mortality in eating disorders and prevalence of suicide, data exploration around the factors associated with the increased risk of suicide in this population, a description of treatment, clinical implications, and directions for future research.
