A New Chapter for Dominion Hospital
A New Chapter for Dominion Hospital: Strengthening Behavioral Health Care for Our Community
Dominion Hospital is entering an exciting new era; one defined by local leadership, renewed investment, and a deep commitment to the patients and families we serve. With new ownership and operations now in independent, community based hands, Dominion is poised to build on its strong foundation while expanding the reach and reliability of high quality behavioral health care across Northern Virginia.
This transition marks a meaningful moment for our hospital. We are grateful for the years of stewardship under HCA Healthcare, and we now look forward to a future shaped by leaders who live and work in the region we proudly serve.
Introducing Dominion Hospital’s New Leadership Team
Dominion Hospital is pleased to welcome Jack Warburton as Chief Executive Officer. Jack brings extensive experience leading high acuity psychiatric hospitals through periods of transition, stabilization, and growth. His leadership style emphasizes reliability, clarity, and disciplined daily management, ensuring that patients, staff, and families experience a safe, supportive, and predictable care environment.
Joining him is Debbie Tanga, our new Chief Nursing Officer. Debbie is a seasoned nursing executive known for her commitment to clinical excellence, workforce engagement, and patient centered care. She will play a critical role in strengthening nursing practice, enhancing documentation integrity, and supporting the frontline teams who make Dominion’s mission possible.
