Your Best Choice for Flexible Mental Health Care Treatment

Our Partial Hospitalization Program—accredited by The Joint Commission, the nation’s leading healthcare credentialing agency— combines a highly structured environment during the day with the opportunity to spend evenings at home. For assessment, identification and treatment of issues beyond the capacity of outpatient care, our program delivers a productive mix of personalized treatment and supportive therapies to help you achieve recovery.

Whether you need a gradual transition from an inpatient stay or a treatment program that combines structure during the day with the flexibility of being at home in the evenings, our Partial Program provides the level of care that fits your specific situation.

In a program developed by our multispecialty team of psychiatrists, social workers, mental health nurses, expressive therapists and other healthcare professionals, you benefit from a treatment plan that integrates elements of three evidenced-based treatment models for adults:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Seeking Safety

We enhance our educational and therapeutic peer group meetings, the core of the program, with expressive therapy (art, dance/movement, music, therapeutic recreation) sessions three times each week, as well as special events and opportunities to practice self-sufficiency behaviors. You’ll also benefit from:

  • In Our Own Voice monthly presentations by NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness
  • Catered lunch three days a week

Our adult partial hospitalization program has relocated to a facility just a few blocks from Dominion Hospital. Features include:

  • Private entrance with easy access to a large free parking area
  • Up to five group therapy rooms
  • Five physician consultation suites
  • Onsite dining room
  • Welcoming reception area
  • Private restrooms
