Your Best Choice for Outpatient Treatment

Our programs—accredited by The Joint Commission, the nation’s leading healthcare credentialing agency— provide a new choice for those struggling with emotional and/or behavioral issues. We combine a highly structured therapeutic environment with the flexibility of nights and weekends at home and/or work. For assessment, identification and treatment of issues beyond the capacity of individual outpatient care, our program delivers a productive mix of personalized treatment and supportive therapies to help you achieve recovery.

Whether you need a gradual transition from an inpatient stay or a treatment program that combines structure during the day with the flexibility of being at home in the evenings, our Partial Program provides the level of care that fits your specific situation.

We provide partial hospitalization programs for children, adolescents and adults.

Stepping into or stepping down in care, Choices Adolescent IOP offers the option of self-referral into the program (no referral is necessary for consideration for admission to the program), or as a step down from a more intensive level of service, such as a partial hospitalization program (PHP), inpatient program, or residential program.

Our clinical services team has developed a program that integrates the latest research to provide adolescents and their families with new tools to manage and resolve mental health challenges and better meet the demands of everyday life. Group therapy, expressive therapy, and family therapy are provided, as well as individual sessions as needed. Family education and support is provided throughout treatment, including our innovative Parent-Teen Connections Night each Wednesday evening.
